The minimum tenure length is 3 months and there is no maximum length of stay.
We have a ‘one bill’ monthly charge where everything is included in your rent. such as; heating, electric, water, council tax and Wi-Fi. The Studios operates as serviced accommodation, which means every 2 weeks your room will be cleaned and a change of bedlinen which is also included in your monthly rent.
Provided within the studio is an en-suite shower room, small kitchenette with storage, undercounter fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle. The studios are fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk/chair and sofa in larger or double rooms. The décor is modern and comfortable with large opening windows and black out blinds. These studios are well thought out spaces for the occupier to enjoy.
On a fortnightly basis, our housekeeping staff will service your Studio by cleaning and changing your bedlinen, all residents are informed of the cleaning date. The Studio also provides a concierge service who are on duty from 6pm to 6am for your convenience.
The Studios vision and passion is to create co-living spaces to relax, work and socialise with other residents. We have a large lounge with Sky TV and licensed bar area which serves food. We regularly hold events for residents and their guests.
We have on-site facilities which includes; secure post room, an outside space from the lounge, smoking area and a small meeting room which is available for hire. A laundry room is available providing washers and driers at a small fee.
We are located on the West side of the city, over the dual carriageway from our local green space namely West Park. Within 5 minutes’ walk from The Studios you can reach the City Centre of Wolverhampton which offers bars, restaurants, shops, theatre and many other attractions. Within 10 minutes’ walk you can access main bus and train transport links.
Once you have viewed The Studios and you're happy to proceed. An administration fee is required of £175.00 by bank transfer or debit/credit card, this enables us to undertake referencing which takes approximately 5 days. Once both parties are satisfied you can then take up residency with us within 1 month on completion of all registration documentation.
There are no hidden charges and no deposit. The only exception is with regards to a TV license which is residents responsibility for TV in your room.
You can check between Monday and Saturday. Once all of the correspondence is in place our lettings team will arrange a date for your arrival
The Studios has a great diverse mix of people who are in varied types of employment.
Your rent is paid on a monthly basis through direct debit called for on the 1st of each month, this is set up with us on moving in to the Studios.
Yes. Many of our residents have their rents paid by their companies. In order to do this, your company must complete the necessary documents and authorise your residency with us.
Access to the building and your studio is through a secure key card system. We have concierge/security officers present in the building from 6.00pm to 6.00am every evening. Communal areas and the external of the building are monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of residents.
Don't worry, we have a system in place whereby any maintenance issues can be reported, picked up efficiently and resolved.
We have limited on-site car parking facilities. If spaces are available you can rent an allocated space to park your vehicle, the cost would be added onto your monthly rent. There are other options for parking in close proximity that we can advise you of.
Yes, we would consider this, you would need to notify us and discuss with the lettings team. There is a small amount of correspondence to complete and a charge of £150.00. we then arrange a move date for you..
We can replace it for you. However, there is a charge of £10.00. We will unregister your old card from our system to ensure the security of your studio.
Within your Agreement we require 1 months notice to vacate and a pre-inspection on the date that you vacate.
After your administration fee has been paid, you will be sent via email 3 documents; your Licence Agreement, your application and your Guarantors documents. These are sent to you through Docu-sign electronically. We ask you to nominate on the application a referee so that we can request a character reference for you. We request the Guarantors document which is completed by a person who will guarantee your rental payments should there be any issues. Finally, we ask for 2 forms of photo identification which can be submitted electronically.
